Abstract

Claims (1)
- Система связи содержит совокупность передвижных устройств 24, которые устанавливают связь со станцией управления 29. Обмен информацией имеет место между станцией управления 29 и передвижными устройствами 24 таким образом, что система может получать информацию о местоположении подвижных устройств. Передвижные устройства 24 попеременно инициируют такую связь автоматически. Станция управления 29 посылает данные, определяющие предписанную зону обслуживания передвижным устройствам. Передвижные устройства 24 находятся в предписанных зонах обслуживания, если предписанные зоны обслуживания заданы заранее, но подвижные устройства 24 свободно перемещаются. Станция управления 29 передает вещательные сигналы географически отстоящим ячейкам. Сигналы вещания доставляют текущие данные, идентифицирующие зоны обслуживания, покрываемые ячейками. Передвижные устройства 24 автоматически инициируют обмен информацией, когда их заданные предписанные зоны обслуживания не совпадают с зонами обслуживания для сигналов вещания, которые они могут принимать.
