Abstract

FIELD: measurement technology, fibre optics, interferometry. SUBSTANCE: invention may be used instrument pressure converters. Proposed fiber-interferential system of pressure measurement has radiation source, light guides, sensitive element, directional coupler, recorder. It differs from other known systems by insertion of amplitude-spectral modulator of optic radiation connected to radiation source composed of control unit and modulator of spectrum and amplitude modulator connected in series, output of the latter is output of amplitude-spectral modulator connected to directional coupler. One output of directional coupler is connected to recorder and the other one - through light guide to sensitive element. Sensitive element presents laminated structure of optically transparent materials forming holographic filter. Recorder has photodetector and frequency meter connected in series. Proposed design of fiber-interferential system of pressure measurement makes it possible to increase sensitivity and consequently precision of measurement with relative simplicity of system. Salient features of system are small dimensions and possibility of its usage in places difficult to access. EFFECT: simplified design, increased sensitivity and small dimensions. 1 cl, 5 dwg

Изобретение относится к области измерительной технике, а именно к волоконной оптике и интерферометрии, и может быть использовано для создания измерительных преобразователей давления. Предложенная волоконно-интерференционная система измерения давления, содержащая источник излучения, световоды, чувствительный элемент, направленный ответвитель, регистрирующее устройство, отличается от известных систем тем, что в нее введен соединенный с источником излучения амплитудно-спектральный модулятор оптического излучения, состоящий из устройства управления и последовательно соединенных модулятора спектра и амплитудного модулятора, выход которого, являющийся выходом амплитудно-спектрального модулятора, соединен с направленным отверстием, один выход которого соединен с регистрирующим устройством, а другой через световод - с чувствительным элементом, при этом чувствительный элемент представляет собой слоистую структуру оптически прозрачных материалов, образующую голографический фильтр, а регистрирующее устройство содержит последовательно соединенный фотоприемник и частотомер. Предложенная конструкция волоконно-инфекционной системы измерения давления при относительной простоте позволяет повысить чувствительность, а, следовательно, и точность измерений. Отличительными особенностями системы являются малые габариты и возможность использования ее в труднодоступных местах.The invention relates to the field of measuring equipment, namely to fiber optics and interferometry, and can be used to create pressure transmitters. The proposed design of a fiber-infectious pressure measurement system with relative simplicity allows to increase the sensitivity, and, consequently, the accuracy of the measurements. Distinctive features of the system are its small dimensions and the possibility of using it in hard-to-reach places.
