Устройство содержит переключающее устройство, первый информационный вход которого соединен через усилитель с микрофоном, а второй информационный вход является входом аналогового сигнала с линии связи, два устройства выборки-хранения, причем выход первого из них является выходом аналогового сигнала в линию связи, а выход второго соединен с телефоном, аналого-цифровой преобразователь, цифроаналоговый преобразователь, цифровой процессор, оперативное запоминающее устройство, постоянное запоминающее устройство и регистр, причем вход аналого-цифрового преобразователя соединен с выходом переключающего устройства, а выходы подключены к общей шине, к которой подключены также выходы-входы цифрового процессора и оперативного запоминающего устройства, выходы постоянного запоминающего устройства и входы регистра и цифроаналогового преобразователя.
