Abstract

On completion of pumping design volume of grout in water bearing horizon average value of coefficient of absorbing capacity of each well is calculated. Values are compared to each other. Quality of isolating curtain is good if value of the above coefficients for wells grouted at final stage of isolating curtain forming is below coefficient values for wells grouted at initial and intermediate stages of curtain forming. EFFECT: simplicity in realization, possibility of on-line monitoring, reliability, and high safety of working.

Способ формирования изоляционной завесы вокруг горных выработок в межскважинном пространстве включает бурение нагнетательных скважин и стадийное нагнетание тампонажного раствора, предусматривает непрерывную регистрацию ряда технологических параметров в ходе формирования завесы. После закачки в породы водоносного горизонта через скважины очередной стадии проектного объема тампонажного раствора рассчитывают среднее значение коэффициента поглотительной способности каждой скважины. Значения их сравнивают между собой, при этом качество изоляционной завесы является удовлетворительным, если значения упомянутых коэффициентов для скважин, затампонированных на конечной стадии формирования изоляционной завесы, ниже значений коэффициентов для скважин, затампонированных на начальной и промежуточной стадиях формирования этой завесы. Способ характеризуется простотой реализации, оперативностью контроля, основанного непосредственно на параметрах стадийного выполнения работ, надежностью и высокой степенью безопасности ведения горных работ в сложных гидрогеологических условиях, низкими затратами из-за отсутствия необходимости бурения дополнительных контрольных скважин и разбуривания затампонированных скважин, а также из-за низкого объема исследовательского цикла работ.The invention relates to mining and can be used to create favorable mining and geological conditions in the construction and operation of mining.
