Abstract
FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to equipment designed to manufacture construction earthenware (bricks, tiles) and more specifically to prepare clay for plastic moulding by its crushing, extrusion through holes and separation of uncrushed inclusions. Drum-and-roll preparation machine has drum 2 with two tracks mounted inside it supported by frame and set in motion by drive. Roll 6 and scraper interact with each track. Special feature of machine consists in its addition with separating wall 2 made in the form of bent wedge and with two troughs - for reloading and removal of uncrushed inclusions. presence of mentioned members provides for strict twofold interaction with working element of both clay and uncrushed inclusions which leads to increased productivity and reliability of machine. Изобретение относится к оборудованию для производства строительной керамики (кирпича, черепицы), а именно для подготовки глины к пластическому формованию путем ее измельчения, продавливания через отверстия и выделения недробимых включений. Барабанно-валковый подготовитель (П) содержит опирающийся на раму 1 вращающийся от привода барабан 2 со смонтированными внутри его двумя дорожками. С каждой дорожкой взаимодействует валок 6 и скребок. Новым является то, что П дополнен разделительной стенкой 21, выполненной в форме изогнутого клина, а также двумя лотками - перегрузочным и для вывода недробимых включений. Наличие указанных элементов обеспечивает строго двухкратное взаимодействие с рабочим органом как глины, так и недробимого включения, и за счет этого повышает производительность и надежность П.
