FIELD: organic chemistry, peptides. SUBSTANCE: product: linear peptides of the formula: X-A-Cys-(R)-B-Z where A, B, R, X and Z have values indicated in claim 1 of invention. Synthesized peptides are effective inhibitors of platelet integrine GP IIb IIIa (β) binding with natural ligands and can be used in cardiology and oncology (thrombosis, heart infarction, sclerosis, tumors, etc. ) and promotes wound healing also. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, high curative effectiveness.
