Abstract

FIELD: electrical engineering; relay protection for ac power transmission lines. SUBSTANCE: phase-to-ground fault locator has standard series-connected 6-35 kV cubicle equipped with automatic circuit--breaker reset (upon closure) unit and special measuring cubicle with portable cable and screw clamps at output. Measuring cubicle enables setting up circuit by means of appropriate change-over operations in which resistor-limited phase-to-ground fault current can be passed through two phases of line in one of which fault is detected, and this current through each phase can be recorded. Distance to ground fault is determined from recorded data. Cable and screw clamps provide for connecting device to any outgoing feeder line. As an alternative, bypass system of conductors and bypass disconnecting switches may be incorporated in device. EFFECT: improved speed of fault location.

Устройство образовано последовательным соединением стандартной ячейки 6-35 кВ, оборудованной блоком автоматического отключения выключателя (после его включения) и специальной измерительной ячейки с переносным кабелем и струбцинами на выходе. Измерительная ячейка позволяет путем переключений в ней собрать схему, при которой через две фазы линии, из которых на одной зафиксировано замыкание на землю, пропустить ограниченный резистором ток однофазного короткого замыкания и записать значения этого тока по фазам. По записям значений тока определяется расстояние до места замыкания на землю. С помощью кабеля со струбцинами устройство может быть подключено к любой отходящей питающей линии.
