Abstract
FIELD: applied magnetic optics, detectors of electromagnetic beams which use Faraday effect. SUBSTANCE: thermostatic unit 9 provides temperature which is slightly below one when layer of high- temperature superconductor 6 goes to superconducting state. In addition magnetic field which is generated by unit 10 is ejected from layer of superconductor 6. three-dimensional distribution of magnetic field at surface of layer 6 is detected by means of magneto-optical film 5. Light from source 1 runs through polarizer 2, light separator 3, substrate 4, film 5 and is reflected from border between film 5 and layer 6. After reflection light runs through film 5, substrate 4, light separator 3 and analyzer 7. When electromagnetic beam enters layer 6, latter is heated in this point and looses its superconductivity. This results in fact that magnetic field which is generated by unit 10 enters in layer of superconductor 6 in this local areas. This results in change of domain structure in film 5. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 1 dwg
