Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к лазерной измерительной технике, а именно к интерферометрическим устройствам измерения линейных перемещений, и может быть использовано в геофизике для регистрации деформационных смещений земной коры. Целью изобретения является получение прямого сигнала перемещений при одновременном упрощении системы регистрации, повышении е надежности и уменьшении стоимости. Поставленная цель достигается тем, что двухчастотная интерферометрическая система, включающая известные элементы, снабжена фазовым детектором, высоковольтным усилителем и дополнительным пьезоэлементом, при этом два входа фазового детектора соединены соответственно с выходами второго и третьего фотопри мников, а его выход - с входом высоковольтного усилителя, выход которого соединен с дополнительным пьезоэлементом, связанным с первым лазерным источником света.The invention relates to a laser measuring technique, namely to interferometric devices for measuring linear displacements, and can be used in geophysics to register deformational displacements of the earth's crust.
