Abstract

FIELD: measuring technology. SUBSTANCE: proposed filtering gear may be used in gas sampling devices while testing content of gas for mechanical admixtures, in particular, in photometric dust meters installed in cooling systems of turbogenerators with gaseous hydrogen in the capacity of working medium. Filtering gear incorporates body with lid and branch pipes to supply agent to be filtered and discharge filtered agent, flat filtering element placed in casing inside body and having radial slit and holes, pressure ring located in body on side of supply of filtered medium and rod with spring. Proposed filtering gear distinguishes from known ones by manufacture of rod in the form of bushing with bottom and holes attached to casing and bar mounted inside it for axial movement and fitted with resting collar and shank. Spring is placed between shank and bottom of bushing. EFFECT: provision for lesser hydraulic resistance in zone of filtering element with simultaneous increase of sensitivity and precision of test.

Claims (1)

Предложенное фильтрующее устройство может быть использовано в устройствах для отбора проб газа при контроле содержания в нем механических примесей, в частности в фотометрических пылемерах для систем охлаждения турбогенераторов с газообразным водородом в качестве рабочего тела. Указанное устройство позволяет обеспечить по сравнению с известными меньшее гидравлическое сопротивление в зоне фильтрующего элемента при одновременном повышении чувствительности и точности контроля. Фильтрующее устройство содержит корпус с крышкой и патрубками для подачи фильтруемого агента и отвода отфильтрованного, плоский фильтрующий элемент, размещенный внутри корпуса в обойме, выполненной с радиальной прорезью и отверстиями, прижимное кольцо, размещенное в корпусе со стороны подвода фильтруемой среды, и шток с пружиной. Согласно изобретению шток выполнен в виде прикрепленной к обойме втулки с донышком, отверстиями и установленного в ней с возможностью осевого перемещения стержня, снабженного упорным буртиком и хвостовиком, а пружина размещена между хвостовиком и донышком втулки.The proposed filtering device can be used in gas sampling devices for monitoring the content of mechanical impurities in it, in particular in photometric dust meters for cooling turbogenerators with hydrogen gas as a working fluid.
