Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что трансплантат из биологических тканей помещают в раствор витального красителя Эванса Голубого с концентрацией от 0,005 - 0,1% и выдерживают в течение 24 - 48 ч при температуре 18 - 24oC, затем окрашенные трансплантаты помещают в раствор уксусной кислоты с концентрацией от 0,2 - 0,5% на 15 - 60 мин, после чего хранят в консерванте - 70% спирте.
