Abstract

FIELD: plastic metal working with use of power of electrical explosion of wire, namely sleeve pressing in body part with dead hole. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of threading upper portion of sleeve to be deformed and being in the form of casing and making splines on lower portion of sleeve along its axis. One end of explosible wire is soldered inside sleeve to center of its end wall. Then sleeve is placed in dead hole of body part. Cavity of sleeve is filled by working transmitting fluid and sleeve is being deformed and pressed-in by power of electrical explosion of wire. EFFECT: high quality joint of steel sleeve with body part from aluminium alloy in dead hole providing high strength and reliability of bolt connections, enlarged manufacturing possibility, lowered energy and metal consumption due to high speed material deforming by power of electrical explosion of wire.

Изобретение относится к области обработки металлов давлением с использованием энергии электрического взрыва проводника и касается, в частности, запрессовки втулок в корпусную деталь с глухим отверстием. Способ включает формирование резьбы на верхней части деформируемой втулки, выполненной в виде стакана, а на нижней части - вдоль оси втулки шлицов. К центру торцовой стенки вовнутрь припаивается один конец взрывающейся проволочки, а затем втулка располагается в глухое отверстие корпусной детали. В полость втулки помещается рабочая передающая среда и энергией электрического взрыва проводника осуществляется деформирование и запрессовка втулки. Техническим результатом является осуществление качественного соединения стальной втулки с корпусной деталью из аллюминиевого сплава в глухом отверстии для повышения прочности и надежности болтовых соединений, а также расширение технологических возможностей, снижение энергозатрат и металлоемкости за счет применения методов высокоскоростного деформирования материалов энергией электрического взрыва проводника.The invention relates to the field of metal forming using the energy of an electric explosion of a conductor, and relates, in particular, to pressing bushings into a body part with a blind hole.
