FIELD: power generating plants. SUBSTANCE: piezopolymeric plate is hung in the wind in sea- river waves under faces of surf walls and screens, under bank plating, on ships in form of sails and on pier being exposed to action of waves and wind; under motor road and railroad beds to supply traffic lights and low power consumption roadside objects and low power consumption users remote from electric power lines. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities, increased power output.
