Abstract

FIELD: space engineering. SUBSTANCE: method consists in employment of aero-space vehicle with liquid-propellant engine and tanker aeroplane which carries propellant for aero-space vehicle and transfers this propellant to aero-space vehicle in course of their joint and parallel flight. Aero-space vehicle and tanker aeroplane are connected on runway (before take-off) by means of flexible propellant-transfer device. Take-off of aero-space vehicle (with practically empty tanks) and take-off of tanker aeroplane connected with it will be effected simultaneously. Transfer of propellant may be started immediately after take-off. After transfer of propellant, tanker aeroplane returns on the Earth together with flexible propellant transfer device. Aero-space vehicle will return on the Earth upon performance of mission. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 17 cl, 7 dwg

Claims (1)

10 с. и 7 з.п. A method is proposed for launching an aerospace aircraft (VKS) into space and a system for its implementation, involving the use of a VKS with a liquid-propellant engine and a refueling aircraft (SZ) carrying VKS fuel and transmitting this fuel to the VKS during joint and parallel flight of the VKS and SZ, with VKS and SZ on the runway (before takeoff) are connected using a flexible means of fuel transfer (GSPT). VKS take-off (with practically empty tanks) and the take-off of the associated NW are carried out simultaneously. The transfer of fuel from the Northwest to the VKS through the GSPT can begin immediately after take-off. After the fuel is transferred, the NW from the GSPT returns to Earth. After completing the task, the VKS returns to Earth. 10 sec and 7 zpp-fs. 7 ill.
