Abstract

FIELD: production of heat insulation construction materials. SUBSTANCE: bulk material (foamed vermiculite with particles 0.05 mm in size and more being preferred) is mixed with silicate and/or phosphate binder and with hardening agent. Thus obtained mixture is mold as sheet. Said sheet is affected by hot pressing. During said pressing sheet is blown by hot gaseous agent being fed as multiple currents which are directed across said sheet. Mentioned above pressing is carried out at temperature, pressure and within period which are sufficient for removing water of said sheet and for hardening of binder while producing pores through whole thickness of said sheet. EFFECT: improved efficiency of the method.

Claims (1)
