Proposed curing agent contains (mass parts): sulfur 110-250, mentioned above unsaturated norbornene polymer or maleic anhydride 100. EFFECT: increases heat resistance and dynamic strength of vulcanized rubber.

Изобретение относится к переработке полимеров и может быть использовано в резинотехнической и шинной промышленности. Целью изобретения является создание нового вулканизующего агента, не обладающего неприятным запахом, при использовании которого повышается теплостойкость, динамическая выносливость вулканизатов, прочность связи резины с металлокордом. Вулканизующий агент для резиновых смесей, включающий серу и стирол, дополнительно содержит ненасыщенный норборненовый полиэфир или малеиновый ангидрид при массовом соотношении ненасыщенного норборненового полиэфира и стирола (80 - 50):(20 - 50) или малеинового ангидрида и стирола (30 - 50):(70 - 50) при соотношении компонентов, мас.ч.: сера 110 - 250, указанная комбинация ненасыщенного полиэфира со стиролом или малеинового ангидрида со стиролом 100, что позволяет получить вулканизующий агент, не обладающий неприятным запахом, теплостойкость вулканизатов повышается на 6 - 15%, динамическая выносливость на 23 - 46%, прочность связи резины с металлокордом на 32 - 43%.The invention relates to the processing of polymers and can be used in the rubber and tire industry.
