Abstract

FIELD: production of benzine component. SUBSTANCE: desired component represents mixture of C-Calkyl-tert-C-Calkyl ethers and corresponding tertiary C-Calcohols. Said mixture is prepared by etherification of tertiary C-Colefins by aliphatic C-Calcohols simultaneously with their hydration by water. The process takes place in liquid phase in the presence of acid catalyst (e. g. sulfuric acid). Thus prepared reaction mixture is separated into catalyst phase and hydrocarbon phase. The latter is washed by water, washing water is fed into reaction zone, and washed hydrocarbon phase is affected by rectification. Desired product which contains ethers (their quantity being 10-90 mass %) is separated during said rectification. Conversion of olefins is 70-98 %. Desired product contains C-Calcohol (its quantity being 0.01-0.06 %), dimmers, polymers of olefins (their quantity being 0.01-0.03 %) and water (its quantity being 0.007-0.009 %). EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method.

Изобретение относится к усовершенствованному способу получения высокооктанового компонента бензина, представляющего собой смесь С14 аклил-трет-С45 алкиловых простых эфиров (далее простые эфиры) и соответствующих С45 третичных спиртов (далее - третичные спирты). Указанную смесь простых эфиров и третичных спиртов получают одновременным проведением этерификации третичных олефинов С45 алифатическими спиртами С14 и гидратации их водой в жидкой фазе в присутствии гомогенного кислотного катализатора, например серной кислоты, разделением реакционной массы на катализаторную фазу, которую рециркулируют в реакционную зону, и углеводородную фазу, которую промывают водой и промывную воду подают в реакционную зону, а из промытой углеводородной фазы ректификацией выделяют целевой продукт состава 10-90 мас. %, простых эфиров 10-90% соответствующих третичных спиртов. Конверсия олефина 70-98%.
