Latter unit is switched on after closing of end switch contacts 17 which supplies positive potential from preliminary charged capacitor 7 to control electrode of thyristor 6 through stabilizing diode 14, resistor 15 and diode 16. Said capacitor 7 is charged by power supply 5 through resistor 11 and thyristor 10, which is controlled by serial circuit of elements 18, 19, 20.
