SUBSTANCE: claimed self- hardening composition comprises (wt%): 24-30 polymethyl methacrylate; 24-30 methyl methacrylate; 0.5-1 benzoyl peroxide; 0.4-0.6 dimethyl aniline; 1-2 chlorinated PVC resin; 2.5-3 zinc oxide, and quartz sand balance. EFFECT: improved ultimate rapture strength of metal- concrete glue joint by applying self-hardening composition.

Изобретение позволяет повысить предел прочности при разрыве клеевого соединения металла с бетоном за счет сомоотвержающейся композиции, содержащей, мас.%: полиметилметакрилат - 24 - 30; метилметакрилат - 24 - 30; перекись бензоила - 0,5 - 1; диметиланилин - 0,4 - 0,6; поливинилхлоридная хлорированная смола - 1 - 2; оксид цинка - 2,5 - 3,0 и кварцевый песок - остальное.Usage: for fastening anchor bolts in concrete, as well as for filling seams between elements of concrete and reinforced concrete structures.
