Abstract

FIELD: oil processing industry, petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves interaction of dialkyl(C-C) dithiophosphoric acid with styrene, their molar ratio being 1:0.8-1.2. The process is carried out in the presence of alkali catalyst and aliphatic alcohol (its quantity being 5-10 % of mass of acid). Said interaction is carried out at 80-120 C within 1-4 h, it is followed by neutralization thus prepared product. Said neutralization takes place with the help of zinc oxide at 100 C within 2 h. Molar ratio of product of neutralization and zinc oxide is 1:0.05-0.15 respectively. EFFECT: improves efficiency of method.

Предлагается способ получения противоизносной присадки к смазочным маслам, заключающийся во взаимодействии диалкил(С3-C8), дитиофосфорной кислоты со стиролом при мольном соотношении 1:0,8-1,2 в присутствии щелочного катализатора и алифатического спирта, взятого в количестве 5-10% от веса кислоты. Взаимодействие проводят при 80-120°С в течение 1-4 ч. Затем проводят нейтрализацию продукта взаимодействия оксидом цинка при мольном соотношении 1:0,05-0,15 при 100°C в течение 2 ч.The invention relates to the refining and petrochemical industries, in particular to a method for producing low-ash antiwear additives to lubricating oils.
