Abstract

FIELD: equipment for magnetic treatment of liquids and gases; applicable in various industries and agriculture for intensification of various processes, including protection of equipment and pipelines from sediments of hardness salts and corrosion. SUBSTANCE: device for magnetic treatment of liquids and gases has permanent magnets in form of large and small washers. The large washer has two opposite poles located over concentric circumferences. The outer diameter of internal pole equals the outer diameter of small magnetic washer which is made movable. Working gap is regulated and formed by the small magnetic washer and magnetic circuit of triangle section attached to the large washer. In this case, magnetic circuit may be less than the diameter of internal pole of large washer by 1-1.5 mm. The device operates as two-pole apparatus with a high gradient of magnetic field intensity and provided with regulated flow rate of treated matter. EFFECT: higher efficiency.

Устройство применяется в различных отраслях промышленности и сельского хозяйства для интенсификации различных процессов, в том числе для защиты от отложений солей жесткости и снижения коррозии оборудования и трубопроводов. Устройство снабжено постоянными магнитами, выполненными в виде большой и малой шайб, причем большая выполнена с двумя разноименными полюсами, расположенными по концентрическим окружностям, а наружный диаметр внутреннего полюса равен наружному диаметру меньшей магнитной шайбы, сделанной подвижной. Рабочий зазор регулируется и образуется малой магнитной шайбой и магнитопроводом треугольного сечения, закрепленного на большой шайбе. При этом магнитопровод может быть на 1 - 1,5 мм меньше диаметра внутреннего полюса большой шайбы. Работает устройство как двухполюсной аппарат с высоким градиентом напряженности магнитного поля и имеет возможность регулирования скорости потока.The device is used in various industries and agriculture to intensify various processes, including to protect against deposits of hardness salts and reduce corrosion of equipment and pipelines.
