Abstract

FIELD: mechanical engineering; devices for suppression of noise in hydraulic and air systems. SUBSTANCE: device is provided with silencer used as prototype which is made in form of perforated envelope with high coefficient of perforation terminating in rubber insert having taper chambers charged with air; this insert rests against watertight blank. EFFECT: enhanced acoustic efficiency of noise suppression; dampening of vibrations, extended field of application due to reduction of vibratory energy of hydrodynamic noise at increased total acoustic resistance of device.

Для достижения акустической эффективности снижения шумоизлучения, ослабления вибраций, расширения области применения, основанных на снижении колебательной энергии гидродинамического шума и вибрации при увеличении полного акустического сопротивления устройства, предлагаемое ОУС ГШ выполнено таким образом, что широкая часть глушителя выполнена в виде перфорированной оболочки с большим коэффициентом перфорации, оканчивающейся вставкой из резины, имеющей конические полости, заполненные воздухом, опирающейся на герметичную водонепроницаемую заглушку.
