Abstract

FIELD: protection from bimetal corrosion in sea water and salt sediments on surface of heat-exchanging aggregates made of titanium. SUBSTANCE: electrolyte for microarc oxidation is water solution of calcium hypophosphite, sodium aluminate and barium clozododecaborate in amounts accordingly, g/l: 7 - 10; 3 - 6; 0.01 - 0.05, produced by in series dissolving of components. Technical result: decreased values of currents in pairs titanium with micro arc oxidation cover - steel and correspondingly increased anticorrosion properties of covers, decreased intensity of salt sedimentation on surface of heat-exchanging apparatuses with usage sea water as coolant. EFFECT: improved anticorrosion properties of covers, decreased salt sedimentation on surfaces of heat-exchanging apparatuses. 1 dwg, 2 tbl

Claims (1)

Usage: protection against bimetallic corrosion in sea water and scaling on the surface of heat exchangers made of titanium. The inventive electrolyte for microarc oxidation is an aqueous solution of calcium hypophosphite, sodium aluminate and closododecaborate barium in quantities, respectively (in g / l) of 7-10; 3-6; 0.01-0.05 obtained by sequential dissolution of these components. EFFECT: reduction of contact corrosion currents in titanium vapor with an MAO coating and steel and, accordingly, increasing the anticorrosive properties of coatings, reducing the rate of scaling on the surface of heat exchangers when using sea water as a coolant.
