Abstract

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for isolation of pools while fixing oil and gas wells. Invention is meant for provision of multiple feed of fluid to sealing element of packer, for provision of controlled feed of fluid to sealing element of packer, for prevention of sufficient increase of usage of metal and of labour input for manufacture of packer. Device feeding fluid to sealing element of packer includes case-branch pipe with cylindrical cavity made in its wall filled with fluid and two holes displaced with reference to each other along axis of cavity of case to communicate the latter with sealing element (hole) and axial duct of packer (hole) provided with checking spring, differential slide valve with guiding-shutting ring and composite limiter of movements of slide valve which incorporates sector circular insert embraced by elastic or spring band mounted between ring rests (rest ring and ring rest collar) limiting its axial movement and put on seat which is in axial interaction with valve. Given slide valve is mounted in cylindrical cavity between holes for their intercommunication with axial movement. Device is fitted with additional spring interacting with guiding-shutting ring mounted for movement and rest element. Rigidity of additional spring located between guiding-shutting ring 6 and rest element is greater than rigidity of checking spring. Apart from this rest element is mounted for movement and is connected to case-branch pipe by means of thread with the aid of nut. According to additional version of device slide valve is manufactured in the form of two differential heads of different diameters made fast in opposition. Head having bigger diameter is installed between mentioned holes, head of smaller diameter is located between hole (to communicate cylindrical cavity with axial duct of packer) and additional outer hole made in case-branch pipe. Изобретение относится к области горной промышленности, а именно к нефтегазодобывающей, и может быть использовано в пакерующих устройствах для разобщения пластов при креплении нефтяных и газовых скважин. Задачами изобретения являются: обеспечение многократной подачи жидкости к уплотнительному злементу пакера, обеспечение регулируемой подачи жидкости к уплотнительному элементу пакера, предотвращение значительного повышения материалоемкости и трудоемкости изготовления пакера. Устройство для подачи жидкости к уплотнительному элементу пакера включает корпус-патрубок с выполненной в его стенке и заполненной жидкостью цилиндрической полостью и двумя смещенными относительно друг друга по оси полости корпуса патрубка отверстиями для сообщения последней с уплотнительным элементом (отверстие) и осевым каналом пакера (отверстие), снабженный опорной пружиной дифференциальный золотник с направляюще-запорным кольцом, в котором выполнено отверстие, и составным ограничителем перемещений золотника, включающим секторный кольцевой охваченный эластичным или пружинным бандажом вкладыш, установленный между ограничивающими его осевое перемещение кольцевыми упорами (упорным кольцом и кольцевым упорным буртом) и размещенный на седле, находящемся в осевом упорном взаимодействии с золотником. Золотник установлен в цилиндрической полости между отверстиями с возможностью их сообщения между собой при его осевом перемещении. Устройство снабжено дополнительной пружиной, взаимодействующей с направляюще - запорным кольцом, установленным с возможностью перемещения, и упорным элементом, причем жесткость дополнительной пружины, размещенной между направляюще-запорным кольцом и упорным элементом больше жесткости опорной пружины. Кроме того, упорный элемент установлен с возможностью перемещения и соединен с корпусом-патрубком посредством резьбы при помощи гайки, а в дополнительном варианте устройства золотник выполнен в виде двух оппозитных жестко соединенные дифференциальных головок разного диаметра, из которых головка большего диаметра установлена между упомянутыми отверстиями, а головка меньшего диаметра между отверстием (для сообщения цилиндрической полости с осевым каналом пакера) и дополнительным выполненным в корпусе-патрубке наружным отверстием. 3 с.п.ф-лы, 5 ил.The invention relates to the field of mining, and in particular to oil and gas, and can be used in packer devices for separation of layers when attaching oil and gas wells. A device for supplying fluid to the sealing element of the packer includes a pipe body with a cylindrical cavity made in its wall and filled with liquid and two holes displaced relative to each other along the axis of the pipe body cavity for communicating the latter with the sealing element (hole) and the axial channel of the packer (hole) equipped with a support spring differential spool with a guide-locking ring in which the hole is made, and a composite spool limiter, including a sector the second annular liner covered by an elastic or spring bandage, installed between the ring stops restricting its axial movement (thrust ring and ring thrust shoulder) and placed on a seat located in axial thrust interaction with the spool. The spool is installed in a cylindrical cavity between the holes with the possibility of their communication with each other during its axial movement. The device is equipped with an additional spring interacting with a guide-locking ring mounted with the possibility of movement and a stop element, and the stiffness of the additional spring located between the guide-locking ring and the stop element is greater than the stiffness of the support spring. In addition, the thrust element is mounted with the possibility of movement and connected to the pipe body by means of a thread using a nut, and in an additional embodiment of the device, the spool is made in the form of two opposed rigidly connected differential heads of different diameters, of which a larger diameter head is installed between the holes, and a smaller diameter head between the hole (for communication of the cylindrical cavity with the axial channel of the packer) and an additional external hole made in the pipe body. 3 C.P.F., 5 ill.
