Abstract

FIELD: biological sewage cleaning. SUBSTANCE: bioreactor can be used in town and industrial sewage purification works. It is manufactured in the form of package of aeration works. Package includes fully assembled unit-module structure of individual industrial modules and flat bottom installed at horizontal level. Bioreactor has common aeration tank-mixer, at least two aeration tanks with independent secondary settling basins working in parallel, system of removal of active silt from them connected to secondary settling basins of independent biofilters with submerged aerated charge. Aeration tanks are fabricated in the form of aeration tanks-expulsor pumps, secondary settling basins are placed across outlet from them. Each secondary settling basin is provided with package of pipes mounted vertically. Aeration system includes coarse and fine dispersive aeration tanks, pneumoaeration tanks and air-lifting mixers. Each biofilter is composed of interconnected filtration space and cleaned water basin. Lower part of filtering space houses filtering charge, aeration devices arranged above it and drainage devices having inclination towards cleaned water basin. The latter is equipped with air lift pump of return of cleaned water and used film for its multiple cyclical treatment in filtering vessel. Claims (1)

Использование: биологическая очистка сточных вод в городских и промышленных очистных сооружениях. Сущность изобретения: биореактор выполнен в виде единого блока аэрационных сооружений. Блок выполнен в виде полносборной блочно-модульной конструкции из отдельных индустриальных модулей и имеет плоское днище на одном горизонтальном уровне. Биореактор состоит из единого аэротенка-смесителя, не менее двух параллельно работающих аэротенков с автономными вторичными отстойниками, систем вывода активного ила из них и подключенных к вторичным отстойникам автономных биофильтров с погружной аэрируемой загрузкой. Аэротенки выполнены в виде аэротенков-вытеснителей, вторичные отстойники размещены на выходе из них. Каждый вторичный отстойник снабжен пакетом наклонно установленных к вертикали труб. Система аэрации аэротенков включает крупно- и мелкодисперсные аэраторы, пневмоаэраторы и эрлифтные перемешиватели. Каждый биофильтр состоит из связанных между собой фильтрующей емкости и резервуара очищенной воды. В нижней части фильтрующей емкости размещена фильтрующая загрузка и расположенные под ней аэрационные устройства и дренажные устройства с уклоном в сторону резервуара очищенной воды.
