Abstract

FIELD: organic synthesis, food and pharmaceutical industries. SUBSTANCE: vanilin is isolated of reaction mass by extraction. Said extraction is carried out with the help of polar extragent at pH 6.0-8.0. Extraction degree of vanillin is 84-94 %, selectivity of extraction being 30-44 %. EFFECT: improves efficiency of method, simplifies further purification of desired product.

Изобретение относится к области тонкого органического синтеза, конкретно - к технологии получения ванилина (B,4-гидрокси-3-метоксибензальдегид). Ванилин используют в кондитерской, фармацевтической и парфюмерно-косметической промышленности. В соответствии с заявляемым способом ванилин выделяют из реакционной массы экстракцией полярными экстрагентами. Отличительным признаком заявляемого способа является диапазон значений рH, в котором проводится экстракция (рН 6 - 8). Технический результат, обеспечиваемый заявляемым изобретением, заключается в увеличении степени извлечения ванилина с 44 до 64 - 94% и повышении селективности экстракции с 20 до 30 - 44%. Полученные результаты позволяют на порядок снизить объемы экстракта и упростить процедуру дальнейшей очистки ванилина.The invention relates to the field of fine organic synthesis, specifically to a technology for producing vanillin (B, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde). Vanillin is used in the confectionery, pharmaceutical and perfumery and cosmetic industries. In accordance with the claimed method, vanillin is isolated from the reaction mass by extraction with polar extractants. A distinctive feature of the proposed method is the range of pH values in which the extraction is carried out (pH 6 - 8). The technical result provided by the claimed invention consists in increasing the degree of extraction of vanillin from 44 to 64 - 94% and increasing the selectivity of extraction from 20 to 30 - 44%. The results obtained make it possible to reduce the extract volumes by an order of magnitude and simplify the procedure for further purification of vanillin.
