FIELD: corrosion- resistant protection of inner surfaces of vapor-water circuits of heat power objects such as central heat and power plants, condensation-type power plants, manufacturing vapor-water circuits with film-forming corrosion inhibitors. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing reagent-dialdehyde, diketone and dicarboxylic acid as 8.06-52 wt.-% of higher aliphatic amines at temperature of 30-330 C. EFFECT: higher stability and increased service life of protective film on the surface.

Изобретение относится к области антикоррозионной защиты внутренних поверхностей пароводяных контуров теплоэнергетических объектов, например котельных ТЭЦ, конденсационных электростанций, технологических пароводяных контуров, посредством пленкообразующих ингибиторов коррозии, в качестве которых используются высшие жирные амины. Решаемая изобретением задача заключается в повышении стабильности и увеличении времени жизни защитной пленки на поверхности и достигается введением реагента-диальдегида дикетона или дикарбоновой кислоты в количестве 8,06-52,0 мас.% от высших жирных аминов при 30 - 330oС.The invention relates to the field of anticorrosion protection of the internal surfaces of steam-water circuits of heat and power facilities, for example boiler plants of thermal power plants, condensing power plants, technological steam-water circuits, by means of film-forming corrosion inhibitors, which are used as higher fatty amines.
