Abstract

FIELD: machine engineering industry, instrument making, construction of metallic housings and envelopes for different purposes. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of subjecting blank to action of shock wave and heated explosion products due to use of energy of gaseous mixture detonation and also to impulse action by rigid massive body for jamming blank by that body; realizing the above mentioned operations with use of movable partition of apparatus for detonation forming. That partition is mounted inside chamber and it is provided at least with one rigid protrusion having shaped end surface. Die of apparatus is reciprocal relative to that protrusion. Apparatus is also provided with pickup for detecting operation of one of members for initiating detonation. That member is placed in die or in wall of explosion chamber. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.

Сущность изобретения: используя энергию детонации газовой смеси, заготовку подвергают не только воздействию ударной волной и разогретыми продуктами взрыва, но и импульсному воздействию жестким массивным телом, защемляя заготовку этим телом. Эти операции осуществляют при помощи подвижной перегородки устройства для газовой детонационной штамповки. Эта перегородка установлена внутри камеры и снабжена по крайней мере одним жестким выступом с профильной торцевой поверхностью, а матрица выполнена отвечающей этому выступу. Имеется также датчик задействования одного из элементов инициирования детонации, установленный или в матрице, или в стенке взрывней камеры.Usage: in the engineering industry, instrumentation and construction for the manufacture of metal cases and shells for various purposes.
