Abstract

FIELD: heavy-current semiconductor electronics; laser and accelerator engineering. SUBSTANCE: high-voltage switch has starting unit, resistor, capacitor, two reversible-dinistor units, two nonlinear components with saturable cores; first component is, essentially, reactor connected to anode of first reversible-dinistor unit, second one is connected to anode of second reversible-denistor unit; first lead of capacitor is connected to cathodes of both units. Novelty is that two diodes, additional capacitor, inductive component, demagnetizing windings of nonlinear components are introduced in high-voltage switch; second nonlinear component is made in the form of step-up transformer; starting unit is connected in parallel with its primary winding and its positive lead is connected to starting lead of this winding; transformer secondary winding is inserted between anode of first diode and anode of second reversible-denistor unit; starting lead is connected to anode of first diode; reactor demagnetizing winding, resistor, inductive component, transformer demagnetizing winding are interconnected in series and parallel-connected to additional capacitor inserted between anode of first diode and cathode of second diode; cathode of first diode is connected to second lead of capacitor, to anode of second diode, and to reactor. EFFECT: improved reliability of switch due to regulation of magnetic state of its nonlinear components; reduced voltage across starting unit components.

Claims (1)

Цель - создание высоковольтного переключателя, обладающего повышенной надежностью за счет стабилизации магнитного состояния его нелинейных элементов и уменьшенным напряжением на элементах блока запуска. Это достигается тем, что в высоковольтный переключатель, содержащий блок запуска, резистор, конденсатор, два блока реверсивно включаемых динисторов, два нелинейных элемента с насыщающимися сердечниками, первый элемент выполнен в виде дросселя и соединен с анодом первого блока реверсивно включаемых динисторов, второй подключен к аноду второго блока реверсивно включаемых динисторов, конденсатор первым выводом соединен с катодами обоих блоков, дополнительно введены два диода, дополнительный конденсатор, индуктивный элемент, обмотки размагничивания нелинейных элементов, второй нелинейный элемент выполнен в виде повышающего трансформатора, причем параллельно его первой обмотке подключен блок запуска и соединен положительным выводом с ее началом, а вторая обмотка трансформатора включена между анодом первого диода и анодом второго блока реверсивно включаемых динисторов и соединена началом с анодом первого диода, обмотка размагничивания дросселя, резистор, индуктивный элемент, обмотка размагничивания трансформатора соединены последовательно и подключены параллельно дополнительному конденсатору, включенному между анодом первого диода и катодом второго, катод первого диода соединен с вторым выводом конденсатора, с анодом второго диода и с дросселем.The goal is the creation of a high-voltage switch, which has increased reliability due to the stabilization of the magnetic state of its nonlinear elements and reduced voltage on the elements of the launch unit.
