It may find use at enterprises of agroindustrial complex. Chlorella generator 23 has housing with walls transparent to light and cones 26 and 27 mounted on shaft 26 in the form of alternating cones with light-transparent walls for transfer of afterfermentation residua with suspended chlorella for photosynthesis of biomass under natural and artificial illumination from light sources 24. Chlorella is separated by microfilter 31 and is recirculated and excessive chlorella is disintegrated in disintegrator 32, is sterilized in heat exchanger 33 and is used as protein-vitamin additive. Exhaust products of methane burning in turbine 20 are used in chlorella generator. EFFECT: expanded application field, improved functional efficiency. 1 dwg

Изобретение касается утилизации продуктов жизнедеятельности животных и птицы (навоз, помет) и растительных углеродсодержащих отходов с выработкой биометана и белково-витаминной добавки и может быть использовано на предприятиях агропромышленного комплекса. Сущность: хлореллогенератор 23 содержит корпус со светопроницаемыми стенками и установленные на стволе конуса в виде чередующих конусов со светопроницаемыми стенками для перетока послеброжевого остатка со взвешенной хлореллой с фотосинтезом биомассы при естественном и искусственном освещении от источников света, светильников 24, причем хлореллу отделяют микрофильтром 31 и рециркулируют, а избыточную хлореллу дезинтегрируют в дезинтеграторе 32, стерилизуют в теплообменнике 33 и используют в качестве белкововитаминной добавки.
