SUBSTANCE: the offered device provides for creation of an artificial implanted organ of a human-being or animal-artificial hearth pump that can automatically change the rate of pulsation and its amplitude, coordinating these changes with the requirements of the human or animal organism, and prevent mechanical effect of the rotor on blood. A ball-type pump is known, which has a spherical detachable sealed body with ports and a rotor placed in it and formed by a disk and semi-disk hinge-joined to it; the disk divides the body into two hemispheres, one of which has the mentioned ports, and the semidisk divides it into working chambers. Innovation is in the fact that an annular groove is made in the body along the joint line of the hemispheres, the disk mounts the rotor for movement in it, and the hemisphere with ports is filled with working fluid, and its ports are in the same plane with the semi-disk and are fully overlapped by it in the position, in which it is perpendicular to the disk, and hermetically closed by a flexible or superflexible membrane; on the side of the other hemisphere in the central part of the hinge joint of the disk with the semi-disk provision is made for a recess with a rod installed perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the mentioned hinge joint and hinge-joined to the carrier, forming a mechanical coupling of the rotor with the rotor drive installed in this hemisphere and changing the angle of inclination of the semi-disk to the disk. Известен насос шарового типа, включающий сферический разъемный герметичный корпус с окнами и расположенный в нем ротор, образованный из диска и шарнирно соединенного с ним полудиска, причем диск делит корпус на две полусферы, из которых одна имеет упомянутые окна, а полудиск делит ее на рабочие камеры. Новым является то, что в корпусе по линии разъема его полусфер выполнен кольцевой паз, в котором установлен диск ротора с возможностью движения в нем, а полусфера с окнами заполнена рабочей жидкостью и ее окна находятся в одной плоскости с полудиском и полностью перекрываются им в положении, при котором он перпендикулярен диску, и герметично закрыты упругой или сверхупругой мембраной, причем со стороны другой полусферы в центральной части шарнирного соединения диска с полудиском имеется углубление со стержнем, установленным перпендикулярно продольной оси упомянутого шарнирного соединения и шарнирно соединенным с водилом, образующим кинематическую связь ротора с установленным в этой полусфере приводным устройством вращения ротора и изменением угла наклона полудиска к диску.The invention relates to medicine and relates to hydraulic systems with a pulsating flow and amplitude oscillatory process. What is new is that in the housing along the connector line of its hemispheres an annular groove is made in which the rotor disk is mounted with the possibility of movement in it, and the hemisphere with windows is filled with working fluid and its windows are in the same plane with the half-disk and completely overlap them in position in which it is perpendicular to the disk, and hermetically closed by an elastic or superelastic membrane, and on the other side of the hemisphere in the central part of the articulation of the disk with a half-disk there is a recess with a rod mounted perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of said articulation and pivotally connected to the carrier, forming a kinematic link with the rotor mounted in this hemisphere driven rotor device and the change in the angle of inclination to the half-disk drive.
