Цель - повышение эффективности воздействия. Согласно способу предварительно формируют общую необходимую величину электромагнитного потока для дозирования лечебного воздействия с учетом линейной плотности от взаимодействия магнитного потока с биообъектом, скорости перемещения магнитного потока вдоль оси биообъекта и величины работы внешнего магнитного потока, от которой происходит поляризация свободного электрона, аниона или катиона вещества биообъекта, причем воздействие осуществляют продольным перемещением магнитного потока вдоль оси биообъекта, а магнитный поток направляют горизонтально и перпендикулярно оси биообъекта в направлении CЗ _→ ЮВ или ЮВ _→ СЗ. Устройство содержит корпус 1, источник электромагнитного поля и установочный узел. Корпус содержит стойки 2 и поперечные планки 3. Источник содержит ведущий 6 и ведомый 7 валы, шкивы 8,9, барабаны 11, подвеску 13 магнита, выключатели 14, привод 15 и блоки управления 17,18.
