Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к области получения сварных соединений, преимущественно из дисперсионно-твердеющих никелевых сплавов. Соединяют детали-оболочки, каждая из которых состоит из внешней оболочки 1, выполненной из дисперсионно-твердеющего сплава на никелевой основе и припаянной к ней оребренной внутренней оболочки 2 из медного сплава. В гнезде 4 разделки кромок размещено соединительное кольцо 5, выполненное из сплава оболочки 1. Сварочные кромки и посадочные места кольца 5 покрыты наплавочным слоем 6 из пластинчатого никелевого сплава. Предварительно на поверхность кольца 5 в местах соприкосновения со сварочным швом наносят слой никеля толщиной 10 - 5O мкм, а затем его подвергают обезводораживающему отжигу при 620 - 650oС. Сварку осуществляют в автоматическом режиме до полного заполнения шва.
