SUBSTANCE: in clinical practice the method of intravascular irradiation of blood by light of a helium-neon laser. The "АЛОК-1" apparatus is the prototype of the invention. However, a high cost of the helium-neon laser, relative bulk of the apparatus, series requirements to safety engineering, short service life (500 to 1000 hours) limit its employment in clinical practice. An effective semiconductor light-emitting diode is used as a source of red light, connected via a matching device with a light-emitting device for introduction to the blood vessel. EFFECT: simplified, compact, cheap, reliable device for intravascular irradiation of blood by monochromatic red light operating from an independent power source.

Claims (1)

В клинической практике широко используется метод внутрисосудистого облучения крови светом гелий-неонового лазера. Прототипом изобретения является аппарат АЛОК-1. Однако высокая стоимость гелий-неонового лазера, относительная громоздкость прибора, серьезные требования, предъявляемые к технике безопасности, небольшой рабочий ресурс (500-1000 ч) ограничивают его применение в клинической практике. Цель изобретения - разработка простого, компактного, дешевого, надежного, работающего от автономного источника питания устройства для внутрисосудистого облучения крови монохроматическим красным светом. Поставленная цель достигается тем, что в качестве источника красного света используется эффективный полупроводниковый светоизлучающий диод, соединенный через сопрягающее устройство со световодом для введения в кровеносный сосуд.In clinical practice, the method of intravascular irradiation of blood with helium-neon laser light is widely used.
