Abstract

FIELD: biotechnology, vitamins. SUBSTANCE: proposed strain is obtained by addition of recombinant plasmid carrying riboflavin operon of the strain B. subtilis with damaged negative regulation in recipient strain of B. subtilis. Strain-producer is resistant to 8-azaguanine, methionine-sulfoxide, diacetyl, psicofuranin and erythromycin and ensures to obtain up to 12.4 g/l riboflavin for 42 hr cultivation. EFFECT: increased yield of riboflavin.

Предлагается штамм - продуцент рибофлавина, полученный путем введения в реципиентный штамм Bacillus subtilis рекомбинантной плазмиды, несущей рибофлавиновый оперон штамма Bacillus subtilis с нарушенной негативной регуляцией. Штамм-продуцент устойчив к 8- азагуанину, метионин-сульфоксиду, диацетилу, псикофуранину и к эритромицину и позволяет получать до 12,4 г/л рибофлавина за 42 ч культивирования.A strain producing riboflavin is proposed, obtained by introducing into the recipient strain of Bacillus subtilis a recombinant plasmid carrying the riboflavin operon of the Bacillus subtilis strain with impaired negative regulation.
