Abstract

FIELD: aeronautical engineering; cryogenic propellant filling systems. SUBSTANCE: device consists of filling line tip and pipe union of system to be filled; it has inner passage for liquid phase and outer passage for vapor phase being vented; both passages are coaxial. Inner and outer passages of pipe union and tip have cut-off valves connected by means of spring-loaded rods. Pipe union is provided with shear-like mechanism for opening the valves of pipe union and tip. This mechanism is fitted on cut-off valve of inner passage and is operated by external drive by means of tractive force through rod. Head portion of inner passage of tip is connected with fixed portion on tip through bellows and is spring-loaded relative to housing. Inner passages of pipe union and tip have bend; cut-off valve of outer passage connected with cut-off valve of inner passage by means of rod is located in chamber after this bend. Rod is provided with seal at area where it passes from outer passage into inner passage. Tip is provided with branch pipes for feeding neutral gas to zone of outer passage. Сущность изобретения: разъемное устройство для заправки криогенной жидкостью состоит из наконечника заправщика и штуцера заправляемой системы, содержит в себе внутренний канал для жидкой фазы и внешний канал для паровой дренируемой фазы, коаксильные внутреннему каналу. Внутренний и внешний каналы штуцера и наконечника содержат отсечные клапаны, соединенные соответственно подпружиненными тягами, а для открытия клапанов штуцера и наконечника штуцер содержит механизм типа "ножницы",установленный на отсечном клапане внутреннего канала и работающий от тянущего усилия через тягу от внешнего привода. Головная часть внутреннего канала наконечника соединена с неподвижной частью внутреннего канала на наконечнике через сильфон и подпружинена относительно корпуса. Внутренние каналы штуцера и наконечника имеют изгиб, а в полости за изгибом располагается отсечной клапан внешнего канала, соединенный тягой с отсечным клапаном внутреннего канала. Тяга снабжена уплотнением в зоне прохода ее из внешнего канала во внутренний.
