Целью изобретения является повышение точности измерения параметров ремней, определяющих их работоспособность и долговечность: упругодиссипативных характеристик и стабильности размеров поперечного сечения по длине. Стенд содержит испытательные шкивы 4 и 7, приводной двигатель 20, рычаг 8 с осью качания, на котором закреплены нижний шкив 7, узел статического нагружения 10 с набором грузов 11, центробежный возбудитель колебаний 12, получающий вращение от регулируемого привода 15 через вал 13 с упругими муфтами 14, и блок измерения амплитуды и частоты колебаний нижнего шкива. Качество ремня оценивается по совокупности параметров, измеренных в режиме вынужденных резонансных колебаний. Продолжительность контроля составляет 2-3 мин без разрушения ремня.1 с.,1 з.п.ф-лы,1ил.

The quality of the belt is estimated by a combination of parameters measured in the mode of forced resonant oscillations.
