Задача: повышение аэрации смеси и снижение ее плотности. Сущность: компоненты смеси загружают сверху на вращающийся чашеобразный диск, расположенный над конусным днищем смесителя, и одновременно подают под смеситель по врезанному в днище каналу сжатый воздух, благодаря чему компоненты смеси отбрасываются на периферию диска и поднимаются вверх вдоль стенок смесителя. На излете компонентов смеси в их максимальной точке подъема они подвергаются центростремительному воздействию установленных на валу лопаток, выполненных в виде вертикальных скребков и расположенных в плане по радиальным криволинейным линиям. В чашеобразном диске выполнены отверстия, а канал подачи сжатого воздуха врезан в конусную часть днища по восходящей касательной линии. 2 с. 2 з. п. ф-лы, 2 ил.Objective: increase the aeration of the mixture and reduce its density.
