Abstract

FIELD: industrial sewage purification, textile industry dye-works and finishing works. SUBSTANCE: order of realization stages of reactantless and with reactant flotation purification is changed, inorganic flocculant is substituted for cation organic flocculant. As a result of increase of sewage purification degree of weighted substances, dye-stuff, surface-active substances it becomes possible to return 90 % surface-active substances for reusage, decreased reactants usage by 90 %, ten times decreased volume of flotation slime as compared with known method. EFFECT: method allows to provide high degree purification from impurities with low usage of reactant and small volume of flotation slime, prevents environment pollution. 1 dwg, 2 tbl

Claims (1)

The invention relates to the field of wastewater treatment and can be used for deep purification of industrial effluents of dyeing and finishing shops of textile enterprises. The objective of the invention is to develop a method of flotation wastewater treatment of dyeing and finishing shops of textile enterprises, providing a high degree of purification from contamination with low reagent consumption and a small amount of sludge, the possibility of utilizing surfactants and wasteless technology due to the disposal of sludge. This is achieved by changing the order of the stages of reagentless and reagent flotation cleaning, replacing the inorganic flocculant with a cationic organic flocculant. As a result, the degree of wastewater treatment by suspended solids, dyes, surfactants is increased, it is possible to return 90% of surfactants for reuse, reduced reagent consumption by 90%, and reduced sludge volume by 10 times compared to the known method. Using the proposed method prevents environmental pollution by eliminating the discharge of organic pollutants into water bodies.
