Abstract

FIELD: protection of steel equipment in oil and gas production industry against corrosion-mechanical damage. SUBSTANCE: inhibitor contains condensation product including imidazoline- and monoamide-based compounds such as 1- diethylenediamino-2-alkyl(alkylenyl)-2-imidazolines having general formula I, alkyloyl(alkenyloyl)triethylenetetramine monoamides having general formula II, and 1,4- dialkyloil(alkylenoil)piperazines having general formula III at imidazolines to monoamides weight ratio (2.7-3.0):1 and, accordingly, nonsaturation degree of condensation product being 34- 50 mg/100 g. Such inhibitor is prepared in three-step condensation of mixture containing high-molecular synthetic fatty acids and polyethylene polyamine in presence of concentrated hydrochloric acid as a catalyst, temperature and intervals after each step being increased. EFFECT: essentially improved performance of inhibitor, prolonged operation life of equipment.

Claims (1)

Предложенный ингибитор коррозии содержит продукт конденсации, включающий соединения на основе имидозолинов и моноамидов, а именно смесь 1-диэтилендиамино-2-алкил(алкилен)-2-имидозолинов, моноамидов-алкилоил (алкиленоил) триэтилентетрааминов и 1,4-диалкилоил (алкиленоил) пиперазинов при весовом соотношении имидозолинов к моноамидам (2,7-3,0):1 соответственно и степени ненасыщенности продукта конденсации 34-50 мг Ja/100 г. Ингибитор получают путем конденсации смеси, содержащей высокомолекулярные синтетические жирные кислоты и полиэтиленполиамин. Процесс конденсации проводят поэтапно при трехступенчатом режиме нагревания с последовательным увеличением температуры и интервала выдержки после каждого этапа в присутствии концентрированной соляной кислоты в качестве катализатора. The use of the invention will significantly improve the efficiency of protection of oil and gas equipment from corrosion when used in various aggressive environments, increasing the service life of the equipment and reducing the risk of accidental failures.
