Abstract

FIELD: machine-tool manufacture. SUBSTANCE: end milling cutter has housing and core with working blades disposed on it and distributed along circumference. Pitch between teeth points is made irregular. Radiuses at teeth points are decreased from first tooth to last one. Grooves are made on trimming blade located perpendicular to main plate crossing the tool axis. In these grooves the width of portion relative to processed surface is equal to overlapping portion of processing zone with radius projection from each portion of radius tooth. On the periphery of last tooth peripheral blade is straightened out by height commensurate with radius value for first tooth of milling cutter, the axial slope of tooth is commensurate with value of maximum admissible deterioration of blades from the side of rear surface. Undercutting of core is commensurate with value of positive shrinkage of cuttings according to height of cut layer of processed surface. Milling cutter is used to design end milling tool working as drill and milling cutter. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of processing with simultaneous expansion of manufacturing capabilities of cutting tool.

Использование: в станкоинструментальном производстве при проектировании концевого фрезерного инструмента, работающего как сверло и фреза. Цель изобретения - повышение производительности обработки с одновременным расширением технологических возможностей режущего инструмента. Это достигается тем, что в концевой фрезе, содержащей корпус и серцевину с расположенными на ней рабочими лезвиями, распределенными по окружности, шаг между вершинами зубьев выполняют неравномерным, радиусы при вершине зубъев уменьшают от первого зуба к последнему, а на зачищающем лезвии, расположенном перпендикулярно основной плоскости, пересекающей ось инструмента, выполняют канавки с шириной участка относительно обрабатываемой поверхности, равной участку перекрытия зоны обработки радиусным выступом от каждого участка радиусного зуба, причем на периферии последнего зуба выполняют спрямление периферийного лезвия на высоту, соразмерную с величиной радиуса для первого зуба фрезы, осевой наклон которого соизмеряют с величиной максимально допустимого износа лезвий со стороны задней поверхности, а поднутрение сердцевины соизмеряют с величиной положительной усадки стружки пo высоте срезаемого слоя обрабатываемой поверхности.Usage: in machine tool production in the design of the end milling tool, which operates as a drill and a mill.
