Abstract

FIELD: electrical engineering; automatic control; radio engineering and electromechanics where DC-to-AC power conversion is required. SUBSTANCE: invertor has two change-over transistors 1,2 whose bases are connected to common leads of RC circuits 3,4 whose resistor of power transistors 5,6 whose bases are connected through respective resistors 7,8 to collectors of respective change-over transistors 1,2 and to capacitor leads of RC circuits 4,3, respectively, and their collectors are connected, respectively, to primary winding leads of transformer 9 whose center tap is also connected to power bus and to combined emitters of change-over transistors 1,2. It also has two switches 11, 12 and two limiting resistors 13, 14. First leads of switches 11,12 are connected to bases of respective power transistors 5,6, second leads are combined with common bus, and control inputs are connected via respective limiting resistors 13, 14 to capacitor leads of respective RC circuits 3,4. EFFECT: improved economic efficiency; improved stability of each serially produced invertor efficiency. 2 dwg

The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in automation devices, radio engineering and electromechanics, requiring the conversion of DC voltage energy to AC voltage energy. The inverter contains two switching transistors 1 and 2, the bases of which are connected to the common terminals of the RC circuits 3 and 4, the resistor terminals of which are combined and simultaneously connected to the common bus and with the combined emitters of the power transistors 5 and 6, the bases of which are connected through the corresponding resistors 7 and 8 simultaneously connected to the collectors of the corresponding switching transistors 1 and 2 and to the capacitive terminals of the RC circuits, respectively 4 and 3, and the collectors to the corresponding terminals of the primary winding of the transformer 9, the midpoint of which is simultaneous connected to the power supply bus and to the combined emitters of switching transistors 1 and 2. At the same time, it includes two switches 11 and 12 and two limit resistors 13 and 14. The first outputs of the switches 11 and 12 are connected to the bases of the corresponding power transistors 5 and 6, the second are combined with a common bus, and the control inputs through the corresponding limiting resistors 13 and 14 are connected to the capacitive terminals of the corresponding RC circuits 3 and 4. The invention allows the creation of economical inverters that can operate at higher frequencies and at the same time maintain a small variation in efficiency from one sample of the device to another in mass production.
