1 с. п. The invention relates to the field of heterogeneous catalysis, namely to metals on carbon carriers. The invention solves the problem of creating highly efficient catalysts that are resistant to sintering and coke formation. A distinctive feature of the invention is the use as catalysts of filamentous carbon containing particles of metals of the iron subgroup or their alloys with other metals. Such systems are obtained by coking the metals of the iron subgroup or their alloys with hydrocarbons. It is shown that metal-carbon catalysts can be used in CO oxidation reactions, methane steam reforming, hydrogenation of unsaturated hydrocarbons (including selective dienes and acetylenes to olefins), n-butane dehydrogenation, CO methanation, and Fischer-Tropsch reactions. 1 sec. the item f., 8 tab.
