Abstract

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: provision of esophageal function and forming of esophageal tract at its defects and stenosis. The prosthesis proper represents a silicon hollow tube in two mutually perpendicular planes, it has a circular lock in the region of the defect and an inspection hole for checking of the passage of food and injection of medicinal preparations. 3-4 standard sizes of the prosthesis are available, depending on the anatomic parameters of the esophageal tract. The prosthesis is approbated in clinic on 30 patients with a positive effect. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.

Сам протез представляет силиконовую полую трубку в двух взаимно перпендикулярных плоскостях, имеет круговой фиксатор в области дефекта и контрольное отверстие для наблюдения за прохождением пищи и введения лекарственных препаратов. Выпуск протезов можно осуществлять в 8- 4 типоразмерах в зависимости от анатомических параметров пищепроводного пути.
