EFFECT: reduced amount of explosive, decreased deformation of welded metals, improved quality of connection, provision of possibility of welding separate parts to article, connecting parts liable to fragile breakage, enlarged range of dimensions of connected parts, possibility of carrying out operations n explosion platforms and in chambers with limitation on weight of explosive.

Изобретение относится к соединению металлов сваркой и реализуется в способе сварки металлов взрывом, при этом используется уменьшенное количество взрывчатых материалов по сравнению с существующими способами, за счет этого уменьшается деформация соединяемых металлов и повышается качество соединения, создается возможность приваривать отдельные детали на изделие, соединять детали, склонные к хрупкому разрушению, расширяется диапазон размеров соединяемых деталей, соединение деталей возможно выполнять на взрывных площадках и в камерах с ограничением по весу взрывчатых веществ. Способ заключается в том, что при соединении деталей на поверхность привариваемой детали помещают заряд взрывчатого вещества, при подрыве которого обеспечивают косое соударение привариваемой детали с поверхностью неподвижной детали, а установочный зазор между деталями определяют соотношением
