Abstract

FIELD: gas regenerative refrigerating machines working by Sterling cycle. SUBSTANCE: in starting the machine, gas from compression chamber flows through valve devices to chamber inside piston-expulsor, thus providing for decompression. When motor is stopped, gas is forced out of piston chamber to working volume due to drop of pressure and back action of deformed diaphragm. Gas flows through holes of smaller diameter in ball body. Thus device is returned to initial state. EFFECT: facilitated start and reduction of time required for setting the refrigerating machine in working conditions.

Достигаемый технический результат - облегчение пуска и уменьшение времени выхода холодильной машины на рабочий режим. При пуске газ из полости сжатия через клапанные устройства поступает в полость внутри поршня-вытеснителя, обеспечивая условие декомпрессии. При остановке двигателя газ из полости поршня за счет перепада давления и обратного действия деформированной мембраны через отверстия малого диаметра в теле шарика вытесняется в рабочий объем.
