Abstract

FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has power unit, control element, comparison unit, signal converter, speed sensor, power amplifier, power-amplifier control unit, electric motor; control element is, essentially, voltage divider one of whose sides incorporates resistor and other side, photoresistor with light-tight shutter provided for varying its resistance; comparison unit has two transistors of equal conductivity connected in series and interconnected by emitters; first transistor base is connected to control element output; second transistor base is connected to output of speed sensor signal converter; the latter uses emitter follower circuit arrangement built around single transistor; speed sensor has light-emitting diode, phototransistor, and motor-shaft mounted circular shutter with slits; power amplifier is built around thyristor and power amplifier control unit is, essentially, relaxation oscillator using two transistors with charging capacitor connected to comparison unit; mentioned oscillator output is connected to thyristor gate electrode. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture.

Целью заявляемого технического решения является повышение степени технологичности изготовления данного устройства. Названная конструкция содержит блок питания, орган управления, блок сравнения, преобразователь сигнала, датчик скорости, усилитель мощности, блок управления усилителем мощности, электродвигатель, при этом орган управления выполнен в виде делителя напряжения, в одно плечо которого включен резистор, а в другое - фоторезистор, снабженный для изменения его сопротивления светонепроницаемой шторкой, блок сравнения выполнен на двух транзисторах разной проводимости, включенных последовательно и соединенных между собой эмиттерами, при этом база первого транзистора соединена с выходом органа управления, а база второго соединена с выходом преобразователя сигнала датчика скорости, выполненного по схеме эмиттерного повторителя на одном транзисторе, датчик скорости выполнен состоящим из светодиода, фототранзистора и закрепленной на валу электродвигателя круговой шторки со щелями, усилитель мощности выполнен на тиристоре, а блок управления усилителем мощности выполнен в виде релаксационного генератора на двух транзисторах с зарядным конденсатором, соединенным с блоком сравнения, причем выход упомянутого генератора подключен к управляещему электроду тиристора.The proposed tool relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to devices for regulating and stabilizing the speed of DC motors.
