Изобретение относится к области извлечения колонн обсадных труб из скважин и может найти применение в бурильном деле для экономии металлических обсадных труб, а также для освобождения площадей под сельхозугодья и строительство. Предлагаемый способ извлечения обсадных труб из скважин заключается в предварительном их обуривании и натяжении с помощью талевой системы буровой установки. Обуривание осуществляют бурением рядом с колонной обсадных труб новой скважины, разрушая при этом грунт вокруг трубы не менее, чем на 1/4 длины ее окружности, а в глубину - на полную длину колонны обсадных труб. Натяжение колонны осуществляют под углом к оси скважины. Способ осуществляют с помощью устройства, содержащего обуривающий инструмент, размещенный на колонне бурильных труб. Обуривающий инструмент включает три долота, размещенных соответственно на трех ведомых валах редуктора, в верхней своей части посредством колонны бурильных труб соединенного с приводным валом. Среднее долото при этом закреплено на валу с опережением посредством бурильной трубы, а оси ведомых валов редуктора расположены по дуге, радиус которой и длина соответствуют радиусу и длине предполагаемого забоя. Таким образом, предлагаемые способ и устройство позволяют значительно сократить сроки, снизить трудозатраты и энергоемкость процесса извлечения обсадных труб из скважины.The invention relates to the field of extraction of casing from wells and can be used in drilling to save metal casing, as well as for the release of land for farmland and construction. The drilling tool includes three bits, placed respectively on the three driven shafts of the gearbox, in its upper part by means of a string of drill pipes connected to the drive shaft. The average bit at the same time is fixed on the shaft with the lead through the drill pipe, and the axes of the driven shafts of the gearbox are located along an arc whose radius and length correspond to the radius and length of the intended face. Thus, the proposed method and device can significantly reduce the time, reduce labor costs and energy intensity of the process of extracting casing from a well.
