Abstract
FIELD: chemical technology, organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: 2-ethoxyethyl acetate is synthesized by esterification of ethylcellolve with acetic acid at 105-130 C in the presence of 0.1-0.6 wt.-% catalyst (oxalic acid) followed by isolation of the end product by rectification. Reaction is carried out at continuous withdrawal of the reaction water formed. Proposed method ensures to exclude the use of highly corrosive solution of sulfuric or p-toluenesulfoacid. Acetic acid conversion is 99.97%, output is 1.25-1.26 kg/l x h. EFFECT: simplified method, increased effectiveness and output of the end product.

Предложено синтез 2-этоксиэтилацетата осуществлять путем этерификации этилцеллозольва уксусной кислотой при 105 - 130oC в присутствии 0,1 - 0,6 мас.% катализатора щавелевой кислоты с последующим выделением целевого продукта из катализатора ректификацией. Реакцию проводят при постоянном отборе образующейся реакционной воды. Предлагаемый способ позволяет исключить использование высококоррозионного активного раствора серной или р-толуолсульфокислоты и упростить технологию процесса, улучшаются экологические параметры процесса. При этом конверсия уксусной кислоты составляет 99,97%, производительность 1,25oC1,26 кг/л-ч.The invention relates to the chemical and petrochemical industry, specifically to the synthesis of esters of carboxylic acids - 2-ethoxyethyl acetate. The reaction is carried out with a constant selection of the resulting reaction water. The proposed method eliminates the use of highly corrosive active solution of sulfuric or p-toluenesulfonic acid and simplifies the process technology, improves the environmental parameters of the process. The conversion of acetic acid is 99.97%, productivity 1.25 o C1.26 kg / l-h.
