Point of connection between end of primary winding and beginning of secondary winding is connected to second output pole 10 of current pulse generator 5. Line of generator 5 from output terminal 10 to input terminal 9 contains serial circuit having controlled gate 6, diode 11 and charging resistor 12. Point of connection between gate and diode is connected to another line of generator 5 through non-pole capacitor 7. Cathode of electronic timer 15 is connected to connection point of diode 11 and charging resistor 12 with line, anode of electronic timer is connected to another line, which controls control terminal of gate 6. Изобретение относится к способам предотвращения несанкционированного проникновения в/на охраняемый объект и охранным устройствам. Сущность изобретения: способ заключается в импульсном электрическом воздействии на организм злоумышленника при попытке контакта его с электризуемым элементом объекта путем перезаряда емкости тела человека по однопроводной схеме высоковольтными импульсами, содержащими по меньшей мере две знакопеременные полуволны, при этом воздействие обеспечивается при отсутствии непосредственного контакта злоумышленника с землей и/или заземленными токопроводящими элементами. Охранное устройство содержит первичный источник электропитания 1 (энергосеть), к которому через высоковольтный трансформатор 2 с крутопадающей внешней характеристикой подключены электризуемые незаземленные токопроводящие элементы объекта (металлические или имеющие токопроводящее покрытие), контакт с которыми неизбежен при попытке проникновения на объект. Обмотки высоковольтного трансформатора соединены последовательно согласно, начало первичной обмотки подключено к первому выходном полюсу 4 генератора импульсов 5, точка электрического соединения конца первичной и начала вторичной обмоток трансформатора подключена к второму выходному полюсу 10 генератора импульсов 5, в одну шину которого последовательно от выходной клеммы 10 до входной клеммы 9 включены в проводящем направлении управляемый ключ 6, диод 11 и зарядный резистор 12. Точка соединения ключа и диода связана электрически через неполярный конденсатор 7 с другой шиной генератора 5. Электронное времязадающее устройство 15 подключено катодом к точке соединения диода 11 и зарядного резистора 12 к одной шине, анодом - к другой шине, управляющим выводом - к управляющему выводу ключа 6.
